Four phases. Each can be bought on its own.
For small projects an email estimate is enough. For more complex ones there is a paid analysis: you get a written plan, ready to carry out with me, in-house or with another supplier. If we then build it together, the fee is deducted.

Still on Magento 1?
Adobe stopped supporting Magento 1 in 2020. You don't have to start over: by moving to OpenMage or Maho you keep your data and, in most cases, your theme and modules, at a fraction of the cost of a new Magento 2 site.
