Privacy notice
This page explains how the data you send through the contact form or by email is processed, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

What data
Only what you enter: name, company, email, an optional WeChat contact (Chinese version of the site only) and the content of your request. The site uses no profiling cookies and no visitor tracking tools. To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending it, using some technical browser and device data for that purpose only.
Why and on what basis
To answer your request and, if you ask, prepare an estimate or quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is not used for newsletters or advertising and is never sold.
For how long
For as long as needed to handle the request, and no longer than 12 months if no collaboration follows. If you become a client, the data needed for invoicing is kept for the period required by tax law.
Who else sees it
Nobody, apart from the technical providers needed to run the site and email: Cloudflare (site hosting, form handling and the Turnstile anti-spam check) and Resend (sending the email with your request). These providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Mandatory or optional
Providing the data is optional, but without your name, email and a description of the request I cannot reply.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a readable format, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
